Service Charges
All bills are due and payable 15 days after they are issued, except as specified by rate schedules and contracts. Umatilla Electric service charges are assessed according to board policy and equity to all UEC members. Charges are as follows:

| Tampering/Unauthorized Connect Fee | $150 |
Note: If UEC is called outside of normal working hours to restore/repair service and it is determined the problem or fault is located between UEC's meter and the customer's service, UEC may charge the member for time incurred in making this determination.
