Notice of Annual Meeting of the Members
Annual Meeting of the Members will be held at the Umatilla Electric Cooperative office, 750 West Elm, Hermiston, Oregon starting at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 26, 2008.
Registration begins at 9:30AM.
The meeting will give members an opportunity to hear reports about Umatilla Electric's performance during the last year, as well as ask questions and discuss plans for the future.
This year, elections are being held for Districts 5, 6, & 7.
