Level Two Industrial Rate - Schedule 6

Available:  
In all territory served by Umatilla Electric Cooperative in Umatilla, Morrow & Union Counties in Oregon.   

Applicable:
Rate for customers that have a kW load of more than 5,000 kW and a minimum monthly kWh usage of 30% of the kW load size times the number of hours in that month. Deliveries at more than one point, or more than one voltage will be separately metered and billed.

Energy Charge:
The monthly kWh rate shall be Umatilla Electric's average cost of power for the month.

Delivery Charge:
$0.01 per kWh sold at the customer's meter.

UEC Line Losses:    
    
The customer shall be charged, at UEC's cost, for power line losses between UEC's interconnection with the Bonneville Power Administration and the customer's metering point. An engineering study will determine the amount of loss.

Franchise Taxes:
The amounts of any franchise fees or taxes levied on UEC by a quasi-municipal entity will be added to the customer's bill.

Reactive Power Factor Charge:

The Customer will maintain a power factor to the same standards as BPA requires of UEC or will be billed a power factor penalty using the same methodology that BPA imposes on UEC.

Harmonics Power Quality Charge:
A harmonics power quality charge may be billed by UEC Board Policy.

Minimum Charge:
The minimum monthly charge per account for Power and Facilities shall be $5,000.

Continuing Service:

This schedule is based on continuing service at each service location.  Disconnect and reconnect transactions shall not operate to relieve a Customer from minimum monthly charges.

Rules and Regulations:
Service under this classification is subject to the General Rules and Regulations of the Cooperative.
