Available:
In all territory served by Umatilla Electric Cooperative in Umatilla, Morrow and Union Counties in Oregon.
Applicable:
Applicable to all consumers for dusk to dawn outdoor lighting where service is available under existing line extension policies. UEC lights shall only be mounted on UEC poles in accordance with UEC's specifications as to equipment and installation. KWh usages are included in the Light Charge. A monthly pole charge will apply for each extra pole (other than the light pole) required to serve the light.

Conditions of Service
Umatilla Electric will operate and maintain the lighting installation. Repairs will be done as soon as reasonably possible after notification by the customer is received by UEC. Maintenace will be done only during normal working hours. There will be no additional charge for maintenance to the customer. Olsolete installations may be replaced with a different wattage service.
Minimum Charge:
The minimum monthly charge shall be the sum of the Light, Extra Pole, and Non-Wood Pole Charges. A higher minimum may be required under contract to cover special conditions.
Continuing Service:This schedule is based on continuing service at each service location. If a customer disconnects a service for a period of time and then reconnects the service, UEC will bill the customer for all minimum monthly charges that were missed while the service was disconnected.

Service under this classification is subject to the Rules, Regulations and Policies of UEC.
