UEC Holds 71st Annual Meeting

The Umatilla Electric Cooperative members elected a new director for district 7 and re-elected two incumbent board of directors at its 71st Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 26, at the UEC Headquarters in Hermiston. UEC members elected John Otis of Hermiston to represent District 7 and re-elected District 6 Board Representative RoseEtta Ansotegui and District 5 Representative and Board President, Glenn Rohde to new three-year terms.

In accordance with Article III, Section 4 of the Bylaws of Umatilla Electric Cooperative, notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held at the Umatilla Electric Cooperative office, 750 West Elm, Hermiston, Oregon starting at 11:00AM, Saturday, April 26, 2008.
